What: Wild Aloha Foundation presents its Second Annual “Winos for Rhinos”

When: Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 5:30
Where: Pig & The Lady, 83 N. King St., Honolulu, Hawaii 96817
Details: Come join us for a night of food and wine to help us raise money for rhinos!  Pupus, dinner, dessert, and of course, drinks will be served.  Tickets are $85 until September 12, after that the price raises to $100.  This event sold out last year, so be sure to buy your tickets early!
Who we’re raising money for:  This year, we’ve partnered with Council of Contributors to raise money for Limpopo Rhino Conservation.  LRC is a group of individual rhino owners in the Limpopo region of South Africa.  As a smaller group, these owners have banded together to protect rhinos on their various properties.  They do not receive the governmental and international support that other organizations do, every dollar goes a long way!  We are specifically raising funds to help their Anti Poaching Units (APUs), with a particular emphasis on their helicopter surveillance.  100% of the profits raised are going directly to LRC.  Wild Aloha Foundation pays no salaries and our administrative fees are almost non-existent — all the money we raise is to help those in need.  Similarly, no one at LRC is reviving a salary, and the money they raise goes directly to protecting their animals.  Please join us!
